I was so sleepy yesterday, I almost fell asleep several times throughout the day. I really had no idea why I was so extremely tired. My friend said to me that sometimes our bodies deal with stress in ways we don't know and it makes us tired. Last night, I laid down at 6pm, fully intending to read for awhile, watch a little bit of the Ranger game, then fall off to sleep around 8:30-9:00....I was out. I think I read one paragraph...!! I vaguely remember getting up and letting my dog out at some point...but I didn't get up again until 5:15. Much needed.

ReplyDeleteYay you!! This is what I should have done. I was falling asleep HARD at 6:00 but had to stay awake to put Emily down. Then... I was awake again. Boo. Feeling it today.
